The Rice-meat dumplings production line is composed of three parts, namely forming part, cooking part and cooling part. The water from the forming tank and the cooking tank is heated through steam pipelines in both tanks. The water temperature is controlled by adjusting the evaporator to ensure that the water temperature in the forming tank is about 75C and the water temperature in the cooking tank is about 90C. The molded Rice-meat dumplings need to be further cooked in the cooking tank, and then move to the end of the cooking tank at a uniform speed through the conveyor chain.
